i recently had a bad experience with an asst mngr at blockbuster?
When I asked the asst mngr for his name & also the name & contact info. for the district mngr, he only gave me 1st names of himself & the district mngr with a toll free # & the store #. When I asked for last names, he said they are not required to provide last names. Does anyone know how I can find out this info.?

Follow through with the phone number and the store number. They will be able to figure it out according to the time that you were there and who was scheduled to work. Do not give up! If you don’t get any satisfaction from the district manager, go to the regional manager. You know where the store is located and the date and time the incident happened.
